Would you wear black heels with your wedding gown?

Elizabeth, on May 5, 2013 at 12:40 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 12

My wedding colors are black and white. My BMs will be in black dresses with their choice of a black open toe heel. I'm starting to think I also could wear a black open toe. But are black heels appropriate to wear with a wedding gown? I was originally thinking a royal blue heel but then I thought a black heel would also be nice and fit my theme. Thoughts?

A royal blue heel sounds pretty too.. I known a girl that I used to work with wore peep toed black shoes with her white wedding dress. Maybe if you dazzled them up some too it may look nice. Do you have a pic of the shoes? Good luck!!

Yes, you can do whatever you want, and if your colors are black already, it will be more than fine. Besides, it's your wedding, do what you want.

I have those shoes. They are very cute! I think I wore them too long though. I couldn't feel some of my toes for a few days afterward because I was dancing like a maniac all night!

Did you already get yours? If you did the flowers look better than what was at the store? I have been back and forth about getting this dress. It looked really good but the flowers kind of through me off. Maybe because of the wear and tear.
