Would you rather... change your venue or your wedding date?

Venue!!!! I’d have taken a much more vocal stand and not been pushed into the big wedding I didn’t want but my mother demanded. I’d have just eloped and had the sweet little beach wedding I wanted.

Neither! We had a specific date we wanted and got it and the venue we knew we wanted way in advance.

I would say the wedding date. It does have some meaning but it worked out that way.

Engaged: 8.29.2017
Married: 9.28.2019

so its 27,28,29. Not a necessity but the way it worked out

Change the venue.

I LOVE our venue, but I'd rather change it than the date. We're getting married on Leap Day next year! Since it's such a cool day, I wasn't flexible on the date when looking at venues!

Date, for sure! I’m so in love with our venue. And really, it’s a very sentimental spot for both of us. Also, we actually ended up changing our date so we could have our venue. Lol.

The wedding date - we got a good deal on our venue - but its 2 days before my birthday and in a month that I never thought I'd get married in, plus it may be cold and I want an outdoor wedding so lots of things could be different than my ideal dream that day. Love the deal we got and it will be perfect but I think if I could I'd change the date!

I love our date and venue, but if I had to choose I’d say move venues to keep the date.

This one is so hard for me! We chose a date but had to change it. If everyone could attend the original date (my cousin who is a bridesmaid) I would change it. Also a lot of venues were already booked even though we started looking over a year in advance, though I’m happy with the one we chose.

Wedding date! Our venue is perfect for us, and we've already had the discussion that if something came up, we'd move the date to stay at the venue. (Luckily, we booked so far in advance our venue was available when we signed the contract a few months ago!)

I don’t want to change either, they ended up being perfect but if I had to change it would probably be venue. Because now our honeymoon is set around the date. I love our venue though
