I went to HIIT classes at my local gym twice a week, and used the Tone It Up app at home the other 3 days. Then on the weekends, we walked at least 3 miles with our dog! We also did a ton of dieting at home.
I take kickboxing classes. Since the gym is closed, our coaches have been posting at home workouts on our members page. YouTube videos are a great way to workout at home during the COVID 19 pandemic. There are a ton of free videos that use your body weight or household objects.
I have a home gym so my workout routine is about 70% heavy weight lifting, 20% jogging outside, 10% random workout classes/videos. I work out about 5-6 times a week with lifting weights about 5 times a week then jogging about 2 times a week.
I am doing intermittent diet (fasting for 16 hours, then eat 2x a day) light meals and smaller portion.
I gained so much these 2 years, I just wanna go back to the way I look before. Upper lower arms, butt, and my back fat is my problem. I am doing yoga at home, because I hurt my knee from too much running a year ago.
