What are your workout regimens for your big day? I need some inspiration! LOL

    I got a Peloton to workout from home! Try to cycle Saturday & Sunday plus 2-3 days during the week!

    I went to HIIT classes at my local gym twice a week, and used the Tone It Up app at home the other 3 days. Then on the weekends, we walked at least 3 miles with our dog! We also did a ton of dieting at home.

    It's 70% diet and 30% exercise, so I'm eating healthy and watching my portions.

    I lift weights 5-6 times a week and run almost every day, but due to the virus I can't go to the gym, so I've been running more (3-4 miles) and doing more home, body-weight workouts.

    I take kickboxing classes. Since the gym is closed, our coaches have been posting at home workouts on our members page. YouTube videos are a great way to workout at home during the COVID 19 pandemic. There are a ton of free videos that use your body weight or household objects.

    I’ve been running for years. Training for a 50k in June, but also working in some workout videos now that the gyms are closed. Tonight was barre, definitely loved it.

    I have a home gym so my workout routine is about 70% heavy weight lifting, 20% jogging outside, 10% random workout classes/videos. I work out about 5-6 times a week with lifting weights about 5 times a week then jogging about 2 times a week.

    I am doing intermittent diet (fasting for 16 hours, then eat 2x a day) light meals and smaller portion.


    I gained so much these 2 years, I just wanna go back to the way I look before. Upper lower arms, butt, and my back fat is my problem.
    I am doing yoga at home, because I hurt my knee from too much running a year ago.

    I use YouTube on my TV. I do socacize, yoga for beginners and any other workouts that look interesting. I also do more walking around my street(with mask oh course)
