Hey, y'all! My fiance and I agreed on an invitation (yay!), and now we're designing them before ordering (also yay!). While it's been fun, I've hit a brick wall with something about them.
I've seen some invitations say "we request the pleasure of your company" or "your presence is requested," ya know what I mean? I love that a lot, but with the way our invitations are, it makes everything look busy and seems cramped. Is that a necessity for wedding invitations, or a shorter way of doing this than just putting our names?
Since it's a book-themed wedding, we put a cute quote at the top of the invite that resembles our relationship. After that is *my name* and *his name*, and then the rest of the information is below all that.
Thanks for any replies that follow! I'm a perfectionist, so I've changed my mind multiple times and can't seem to get it right, lol. I'm also stuck on these two colors for the invites themselves, but that's something for another day.
