Wording help - something old

The wording is the trickiest part for me! I have this idea to honor my great grandmother who recently passed by using her sugar cookie recipe in her original handwriting in a frame on display by my desserts table. I am going to call this my something “old”. My aunt and grandmother are going to prepare the cookies & wrap them for guests to take as favors. I want to put some sort of sign beside the favors explaining the true reason why I have these delicious cookies. Anyone a wording expert?
