Woodsy venue

Guys I need help before we even got engaged we thought a cheap camp venue would be perfect for us married in the trees bbq reception some lawn games. bring our own booze and caterer it's turning out to be more expensive. I really just want a laid back woodsy place w a bonfire these places are charging 10 to 25k. I really don't want a fluffy wedding but fh wants somewhere we don't have to worry about cleaning after. I found a 500 dollar pavillion he and his parents said no they wanna give us 10 to 15k for it but we really wanted a cheap wedding I'm coming up on a year till the month we want and my list is saying I should be seeing caterers I haven't even done engagement photos I'm legit panicking
