Winter wedding venue ideas Boston

Hi! I'm recently engaged and new to the website. I'm planning for a winter wedding in February 2014. I'm having a hard time finding a venue I like. Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! We are having about 160 people, would like somewhere north of Boston but open to other ideas. Southern new Hampshire would even be ok. I like more of a rustic look rather than a traditional hall but again open to other ideas. Thanks!!! Also I'm trying to stay on a budget of 15,000 if that's even possible!
