Fall/Winter depending. I think the idea is pretty self-explanatory though,. It'll be in a lodge, in a colder season, and my last name will be Freese. I just think there can be a lot of possibilities with the name and season, considering the coincidence.

Yeah, November is not winter. It would be odd to me if a November wedding was winter themed when it is the height of the fall season.

November is fall and it's odd to consider it winter. Your wedding is more than 6 weeks before the start of winter.

A friend of mine got married on December 21st (winter solstice) a few years ago and she married a man with the last name White, so their hashtag was #WhiteChristmasWedding

    Not sure about Freese though.

Sorry, I'm a stickler for the start dates of the seasons, being that my birthday is the actual first day of winter. Winter isn't until 12/21. Beginning of November is mid-fall.

Laura had some good suggestions, though.

@Kate - I'm petty enough about this one thing that I'd still correct someone who said it was winter on December 20th at 11:59 PM, but I'd at least be friendly and understanding about it.

I've definitely called people out who have casually said Thanksgiving is winter. I'm like a kid who refuses to share: the first day of winter is mine, haha.

I mean, I spent Thanksgiving in South Dakota right after DH and I got engaged so I could finally meet his dad, and there was a ton of snow (and I loved it because I love snow). But, I still knew it was fall and figured they must live under several feet of snow when real winter begins.

Chelsey - I really did mean that Laura's suggestions are great. The first freeze one is actually really cute and makes sense because it's happening before winter starts.
