Winter Garden Formal Wedding (?)

Hi Brides!
My wedding is this weekend in March of 2021. As you can see from the photo and review, it might be quite cold. (...at least it’ll be cold for Southern Californians with a high of 57 degrees!)
I would like to make sure our guests are comfortable and are having a great time! We have already reserved outdoor heaters, and we’ll be providing lap blankets. But I would like to do as much as possible to keep our guests warm and happy. How can I phrase the dress code in a way that encourages people to bring coats and wraps? Thanks for your thoughts!

"Our wedding will take place entirely outdoors. This weekend, we're expecting a high in the upper 60s and while we have measures in place to help keep you warm, please dress accordingly."

Honestly, if I knew that the wedding would be outside, I'd check the forecast myself to make sure I was dressed for the weather. Thankfully it looks like it'll be a partly sunny day for you, so that's a bonus from this past week of rain!

Thank you! I think we will put an explanation after, “Garden Formal Attire.” 🙂
