Wine/burgundy, Navy and Gold (blush Pink) Decor Help!?

Megan, on March 8, 2019 at 11:26 AM Posted in Style and Décor 1 6

Hey guys- PIC HEAVY!

I have a quick question. For those of you who have used this color scheme can you spam me with your decor/centerpiece and floral pics? I'm staring to think I am going off in too many decorations. Bridesmaids dresses are Wine from Davids Bridal. Suits will be Navy with a Wine tie. All bouquets/corsages/boutineers will be white. I am going to line the aisle with wine colored petals as well as have wine barrels at the start of the aisle with florals on them (probably wine or just white.) My gazebo will have wine "curtains" (lol) and some florals that will be transferred to my Sweetheart Table (to cut costs).

My centerpieces will be the staggered vases with floating candles on gold "stands" and possibly some while flowers around them. I just wanted to see some inspo on what you guys have done with these colors. I only am using Navy for the guys suits and not really tying it in anywhere else. I'm adding some pics on here so you can see what I am mimicking off of.

Do these things go together? Especially with just white bouquets?

TIA!

Your decorations are gorgeous. I think you have done an amazing job. My wedding colors are also wine and ivory with a hint of gold. Most of my centerpieces are pure white. My reception theme was pure white. So a few hints of wine and gold... But your floating candles look amazing. I was thinking of doing the same thing and still may if my flowers don't come out the way I am expecting them too... Lol!!!

My colors are blush & rose gold but the groomsmen are wearing grey suits w/ navy ties and FH is wearing a navy suit with rose gold tie. I think that's the only place we are having navy as well. I haven't decided, I MIGHT do navy tablerunners over my white tablecloths, or rose gold sequined ones.

I don't think you're going off in too many directions, I think everything ties together nicely. If you want to incorporate more navy, you could do it in the tablecloths or table runners, maybe even cloth napkins if you plan to have those? What about chargers? I've even seen navy mercury glass votives. ORRRR your table numbers could incorporate navy...navy writing?

    Hope this helps!

We're in the same color family! Our colors are sapphire, blush, and burgundy. We couldn't spring for floral centerpieces so we're going with a single wide vase with submerged artificial flowers (blush and burgundy dogwoods) and burgundy glass stones at the bottom with three floating candles on top. We're going with a music theme, so we're also going to scatter some burgundy rose petals around the vase to get some more color on the table, and will have a handful of sheet music paper roses strewn around as well.

As for the sapphire, the guys will be in sapphire suits with burgundy boutonnieres, the ladies in blush gowns with burgundy bouquets, and my bouquet will be blush. For our ceremony decorations we're using sheet music cones filled with baby's breath, tied with sapphire ribbon, and ivory petals on the center aisles (the flower girl will have blush and burgundy petals) - the room is a very bold burgundy itself so I don't want to add too much to that room.

Photos coming in the next post!

Okay pix here! The linens are white which is why we are adding more color to the tables.

We're doing the same color scheme! Echoing what someone said above, maybe add navy table runners or napkins to tie that color in a little more, but I think all of this looks wonderful.
