Why isn't Wedding Wire counting all my guests?

I have the same problem!

I even deleted it all and re-entered everyone but it still counting less then are actually in

The ones that are "missing"...do they happen to be additional guests/plus ones under someone else on your list?

No, you don't have to. The same thing was happening to me. What I did was take the person that the plus ones are under and completely take them off. Then I re-added them. When I go to add guest and the box below pops up, I just clicked "add related guests or plus ones" until I was done. For some reason, if I had one person and then added their plus one like another time, it wouldn't count.

Also, make sure that all your guests on your "ceremony" and "reception" match the amount on your "overview" tab if you tend for everyone to appear to both. I hope this helps and works out for you.

I contacted the weddingwire support team about this issue. They did respond back to me regarding this. They said that they usually respond in 48 hours to try to fix the problem, however they are experiencing a high volume of emails regarding different issues. therefore the response time will be delayed. Eventually they will try to fix the problem. I hope this helps.

I am using zola.com to for my wedding. My guest list count is on point to how many guests I have and I compare the two lists two. I also have a hard copy of my guest in my book. I also created a wedding registry with zola.com because it was easier to select wedding gifts that I would like. I hope this is helpful.

Hi Sarah! We usually see this issue when new Plus Ones have not been added for each guest. When you click the text to add a plus one or related guest, please try to select the 'Add Plus One' with the blue plus icon at the very bottom of the list.
