Why are non-offensive threads getting flagged?

Mrs. Clark - if I may venture a guess - are you in your early to mid 20s? I ask because I'm in my early 30s and the playgrounds we had were over asphalt or gravel, the slides were metal, the jungle guym was definitely over asphalt and our merry-go-round was this rickety thing made of wood. Someone would always fly off of it and/or get a splinter and/or get stuck underneath it while it was going around. I came from the era of "Safety Shmafety."

Holy Shhhhhhhh...Be vewy vewy quiet. It's the elusive WW moderator. Maybe if we feed it skittles, it will stay and let us pet it.

I'm early 30's and we had wood chips like we were hamsters. I once got a bunch stuffed down my pants when I flew off a swing. That was awesome.

I'll be 27 this August Stacy and none of the parks I went to growing up or any that I currently take my kids to have sandboxes either... but my daddy built me one when I was growing up so still got to play in one.. SCORE!!

BTW, Stacy: There is a photography studio near me that specializes in pin-up boudoir shoots. It have links to websites that carry related apparel on the website. I am debating whether to do it or not. It's only 6 hours from you. Road trip!

Stacy I don't know if that would have counted against me. I couldn't for the life of me figured what was wrong about it and I guess I was right, we didn't do anything wrong.

LOL Late 20's! I know, MOST of the parks around then were the Safety Shmafty kind but the one closest to my house growing up was the "Remodeled for safety" park. The one by my gram's house still had the merry-go-round of death and old equipment but for some reason, lacked a sandbox

However I did throw sand at the beach! lol But only when the sea gull attacked over food. I was scurrd....and 4 yrs old lol

Hmm.....come to think of it, I don't recall having sandboxes either. Maybe because they wound up as toilets for stray cats.

@Ana, btw, I sent one of my former co-workers, who LOVES pinup stuff the link to that photography studio. I'm trying to convince her to come to OH with me!

I met the 2 ladies at a bridal show. They were all done up in the vintage look, and super nice!

@Ana, yeah I did see that. I don't want out pics together though, since I'd be giving it to FH as a gift. (unless I want him to think I'm the most awesome wife ever, lol)
