I'm almost 5'8" so heels typically make me equal height as or in some instances, taller than my fiance. I wear flats 365 a year and love shopping for them. WHY are wedding flats SO UGLY?! Seriously like the ugliest things I've ever seen. I did like one Kate Spade pair but just can't spend $365 on...

Any tips on where to shop for some attractive bridal flats? Tall brides shouldn't have to have ugly shoes

I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to thank Gretchen H. for posting the picture of her cute shoes! Even without the DIY they were adorable. Debating if I should just buy them now...

I'll be changing into Chucks after the ceremony though, as will DH (he's getting married in his Navy dress blues and then changing into a sharp suit) I know it's not really an option for all brides that want to wear flats, but we love punk rock, so it works for us. It's a way to stay "us" even though it's a special night
