Who pays for bar at reception

Parents of bride are paying for entire wedding. No one has offered anything to help pay. Should I assume we will also be paying for the bar or is it ok to ask the grooms parents to pick that tab up?

I am a mom of a bride. We are (husband and I) are paying for quite a bit. Our daughter paid the venue fee, she will get her flowers, pay for her cake (well they are doing a big donut cake that her and FH will take care of.). Funny when you google what grooms parents pay for there is a long list including the bar and rehearsal dinner, brides flowers, and DJ. I had only ever heard them paying for the bar and rehearsal. Her and FH both work full time and he is finishing up college. They are doing a lot of saving. When I got married forever ago my parents paid for the wedding. I think it's different know a days since bride and grooms are older when they get married and more established. Our daughter is our first wedding and things are very different from when we got married 28 years ago. ?? Sorry one more edit. We would never assume or ask them to pay......
