Who else is getting married in 2023 or 2024? What are you doing wedding related to keep yourselves busy in the mean time? I want to be proactive so me and my FH wont be stressed when the time nears. I'm open to any advise.

Okay, so I’m getting married October 28th of 2023 and already have my venue/food, officiant, DJ and photography vendors booked! I thought I was booking to early but after speaking to venues , we were not too early, some places were already booked well into 2023! I’m also going the fake flower route and already have all my flowers as well! Now we just sit back and enjoy life. I’m honestly amazed at how much we’ve gotten done so far. It’s already decreased my stress level!! Best of luck !

7/4/2023! We've nailed down most of the big stuff as things are booking up QUICK! Just in search of a photographer and no one seems to want to book out that far. Starting DIY projects like save the dates and table numbers!

I’m getting married in 2023 and right now we are looking at venues and deciding on a budget. I also get a bridal subscription box to keep the excitement going.
Getting married in 2023, still figuring out the wedding date. Still figuring out whether we're eloping, doing destination wedding or doing a local wedding all the while with a 4month old at home! :/ trying to stay sane through it all... very overwhelmed but luckily the wedding is far out.
I just wanted to add a reason why my fiance and I are booking two years in advance is because of pricing. A lot of vendors I've talked to are increasing their prices in the coming years so we were able to secure 2021 pricing.

June 10, 2023 is our wedding day!! We got engaged on November 6, 2021! It’s never too early to start planning!
Hi! We are getting married April 2023, tentative date of. 4/15/23 depending on the venue. I’m also trying to start with baby steps so that I’m not stressed. My fiancé and I are very busy so I know that I will need a wedding planner. We also discussed our budget and set a number so that we can save. So far I have done the following: (1) Bought a wedding planning book to get ideas as to where my mind needs to be - lol. I got one from Michael’s. (2)We made our guest list and narrowed it down to 80 total. Easier than I thought it would be, lol. (3)Decided on wedding colors(4)Have researched a couple of venues and have yet to call and make appointments to view them. I have a top one and need to call them first.(5)I have already asked my maid of honor and bridesmaids to be in the wedding.(6)I have started screenshots with ideas for hair and decor.(7)Made a wish list for wedding dresses and started looking and taking screenshots.(8)Next step will be searching for wedding planners who have access to caterers, DJs, etc at good prices - that’s where my mind starts getting overwhelmed. Lol. I hope this helps with some ideas of where to start. It all seems a bit overwhelming, which is why I will ultimately work on securing a wedding planner next. Best of luck to you and congratulations on your engagement!
We’re getting married January 2023. We booked the venue a couple weeks ago. As soon as we secured our date for the venue, we went ahead and booked our DJ, photographer, and day of coordinator (who will assist some along the way as well). We also have planned our guest list, and have a goal of finalizing it by the end of the year.
We are getting married July 21st 2023. We found the perfect little venue to do a micro wedding as our family is not that big and we are not trying to go into alot of debt! Our little venue had so much included in the package. We will have our ceremony right on site outside and they provide the officiant in the package. The reception is inside the building and they provide center pieces (we had a bunch to pick from) along with the color of our choice table clothes and chair covers. Our 3 tier cake, all the food, dj and on-site photographer were also all included! They definitely saved alot of work offering the packages! I am hiring our own photographer just because we want off site pictures. After the holidays I will keep planning. I want to get my dress but I am so afraid to get it this early!
I’ve been able to book a venue and a planner for our Oct ‘23 wedding. I wanted to at least book a photographer too, but I’ve been getting stonewalled as people haven’t wanted to book so far out 😞. I’ve taken a break for now, though, because of other things that have been demanding the majority of my attention.
May 2023 here. We have the venue (ceremony and reception), band, and florist booked. We toured one venue less than a week after getting engaged and noticed that the next available dates were in 2023, so we booked right away. The venue was already completely booked for Saturdays in June and September of 2023. We wanted to work on the band and florist as soon as possible since things were booking quickly. Those were pretty easy decisions for us since we already had an idea of what we wanted. We are taking a little break for the holidays and plan to tackle the photographer in January. I have been hearing that dresses are taking longer to arrive due to shipping delays, so that will be a project for soon after the new year as well.
