Which was the first vendor you booked?

My wedding package came with a all in one deal. All vendors from planner, DOC, photography, reception, cake, transportation all came together for a great price. While that may not be ideal for some, it is working well for me. Also, a
95 % of all reviews raved about each vendor used by the company.

The first vendor we booked was the venue. Fh told me I couldn't wedding plan until after the first of the year because we were in the middle of moving and all the holidays were coming up so he just wanted to enjoy being engaged. We knew we wanted to get married in this old silver rush town from the 1800s. They only had 3 venue choices. One was too small. The second one we found out about at breakfast there and knew that was it but we couldn't book it until after the first of the year lol. They told us about a bridal expo and they would be there giving 300 discount to anybody that booked that day so we decided to wait for that. A few weeks before I called to see if our date was still open and she said it was and if I wanted to go ahead and book and not wait for the bridal expo she would still give me the discount. The next Saturday we booked. Went to lunch there and booked. We always have lunch there now and they are nice enough to pay for our lunch every time.

My mom's co worker is an amazing caterer, we thought of her first!

Such a good point!!! Did you know the photographer before or did you do research?

The first vendor I booked was my coordinator. I plan to leave it all in her more than capable hands and enjoy my wedding day. She had been beyond wonderful during the planning process. I know she will be extraordinary on the day of our wedding!

King's Court Castle in Lake Orion, MI. It was one of the few that also offered us somewhere to get ready on site!

The venue. And it includes most of the other things (aside from hair and make up artist - which i haven't booked yet)

Photographer. We have a pretty short engagement and I wanted to make sure we could find someone amazing! Luckily our venue is a friends home, so we could be flexible with the date.

Our photographer. I knew as soon as I saw her portfolio she was who I wanted to hire so I booked her right away. We have our engagement shoot tonight and I am so excited!

Hey !!! Well when we decide to have a wedding we told my fiancé parents and my Parent about it it so happen that my fiancé boss has a nephew who owns a place where he has al sort of parties so we booked it with him since he gave us a deal and added the dj mic person and lighting also the food which saves us so much money than we booked our photographer and videographer which was recommended by the same guy who owns the venue so we got luckily and the photograph does pic and video for a good price also gave us a discount the florist is we used the same florist my fiancé father uses but there was no discount but we can’t complain because we went to different florist places and they were all over priced so we are turning out fine so far just ask family and friends if they know of anyone when it comes to the reception place dj all the other vendors you never know you might end up getting a good recommendation and a deal as well and my baker for the my cake was suggested by one of my bridesmaids so I got a bit of help from everyone

I forgot to mention. Hair and makeup Artisit I found on my own using the yelp app and the dress I got it from rkbridal they have all dress designer and their dresses are always on sale or half the price of any other store and my jewelry I got from Macy’s and shoes I’m still looking

The venue -- if you don't have a legit place, day and time, you don't have much!
