Budget. The guest list was in the making, but nowhere near final before we set the budget.

We didn’t really ever set a budget, just paid as we went. But the guest list is the first thing we did after picking where and when our wedding was going to be.

Since we're still working on our budget, our guest list was easier to make.

Definitely our budget. However that changed as we inherited some money we previously did not know about, and would have rather NOT inherited the money. But now that it is here, we kind of have more wiggle room to work with our guest list. I don't have a big family in America, just my parents really, and I have only a few close friends. His family is GIANT, 3 parter between his moms, dads and step-dads. Plus he is an incredible extrovert with lots of friends.

Budget then realized the guest list kind of dictated the budget.

The original budget was first, but that changed considerably when we realised that the guest list was so small. 😆
