Where did the gift list go?

I can’t find it either!! That’s how I was tracking all my thank you’s! 😳

Where is the paper copy you had that you used to upload into the website? Just go off that?

ETA: Also didn't you mention you were doing pre printed thank you cards? What is the gift list for if you are sending out the same postcard?

Hi PrincessLawrence! Any "additional notes" you had added to households or guests in your guest list will be in the Notes section under the primary guest.

Just click on a specific guest and scroll down past the Contact Information section and you'll see where the Notes are:

If you had entered this information using the 'gift tracking' feature, then you have received multiple email notifications about the removal of this feature. The first email was sent on 5/15/18 stating that invitiation and gift tracking will no longer be available on or after May 28, 2018 and to export the information ASAP!

And funny how how you remember things. I decided differently. I printed picture ones with blank space to write on if I feel like it

Hi Sonya! The invitation and gift tracking guest list features are no longer available. We have sent multiple emails to everyone using these features (starting on 5/15/18) notifying you that this tool would no longer be available and asking you to export the information ASAP.

Not sure Why it would be surprising for someone to remember a point of conversation - especially if its about a subject like thank you notes where people are bound to have strong opinions.

Sorry you lost your thank you list, but this a wise word to all lurkers to make sure you aren't relying on a website for everything. Always keep a back up paper copy and a file on your drive or computer just to be safe for stuff like this.

I guess I will have to go through cards and write down all I got cards from and just write generic thank you. I believe I wrote down most of them. But the more recent ones I have not.

I just triple-checked our email send list you were sent the notification emails. The first email was sent on 5/18/18 to the email address on this account from email@emails-weddingwire.com with the subject line "Action Required: Export Your Gift + Invitation Lists"

Unfortunately there is no way to retrieve this data, which is why we sent several emails and gave as much notice as possible!

I got emails about exporting any gift and thank you lists but not for invites or todo lists which had all their dates wiped! 67 days to go and my todo list is dateless and missing custom added items...

All of your checklist items should be bucketed into their corresponding date range, and you should not have lost any custom items! If there are specific checklist items you can not find then please reach out to our support team was the specifics at support@weddingwire.com.

I have the same issue. Married June 15, still put gifts in after. I just searched my email, no notification about that change. Why would they do an update like that during wedding season? And why not but a banner on the website/guest list telling people this? Yea, I'm SOL as well, and I guess I'm not recommending WeddingWire to anyone else ever again.
