When to share wedding day timeline with bridal party?

Am, on July 16, 2019 at 5:57 PM Posted in Planning 0 10
Hi all! I want to share with my bridal party the timeline of the day - what time their hair/make up is scheduled for, photos, and ceremony rehearsal time - so that everyone knows where to be when. (I’m not asking everyone to show up at the same time only because then some will be waiting around for forever)

How far in advance should I share this? I don’t want to do it too far in advance in case they forget but I also don’t want to do it too close to the wedding that they’re caught off card.

The big day is 25 days away. I was thinking of sharing it a week before the wedding. Should I share this info sooner or is a week good?

Thanks!

So I've been updating them on everything I'm doing almost whatsoever. As soon as I book something that effects them I let them know and then they ask their opinions on other things I'm doing. So they pretty much knew everything as soong as I did but I'm gonna send a reminder one month in advance, a week in advance, and then the day before as well.
I'm not sure if that helps at all but that's just what I did

I think giving it to them now is fine, and a follow up later would be good. That way if they're like me, they write it down and etch it into memory. And if they're forgetful, they still have it and will be happy to be reminded.

I think a week in advance is plenty of time, without being too much time.

I emailed my schedule to them a week before the wedding and then also had a paper copy waiting for them in their hotel rooms with their welcome box, a handwritten card, and a bottle of wine.

We're having a BBQ in August so I plan on going over some details with them then.

We are having a really early ceremony at 11 am & are doing pics before hand. The girls are coming in @ 6:45 am - bridal suite for their hair & make up. Guys are coming in around 8:30 am. We are doing our first look at 9 am followed my wedding party/family pics from 9:30 - 10:45 (on venue grounds).

I think sending it to them now-ish is fine. I dont think it's too far in advance and depending on their situation, they may want to plan transportation and such with their SO's. I'm a planner so I like to have things as soon as possible but that's just me.
