When to set up my tables for a tent wedding

We are having our wedding at a rented lake house and we have rented all the things we will need from a company
They drop off and set up the night before but just set up the tables and chairs.
When should I set up the tables, centerpieces and such? We will also be on the property the whole time we are staying on the house.

Set up the centerpieces etc before the ceremony. Most day of coordinators offer decorating services

Hi Samantha! If you have a florist, mine arrived at around noon or so for a 4pm ceremony, 5pm cocktail hour start. If you are doing yourself, I would suggest in the morning and if family can come assist. I would suggest your venue monitor things so they don’t blow away and stay as originally arranged. The tent sounds beautiful ❤️

Your caterer should set your tables and the florist will do centerpieces if you are doing them from a florist. If not I wouldn’t do them until the morning of.

You definitely don’t wanna do any set up of linens China glassware or centerpieces until the morning of I would suggest hiring someone for that
