When do we give out corsages to people not in the wedding party?

Jasmine S., on January 2, 2022 at 5:01 PM Posted in Planning 0 3

Happy new year, all! I had a quick logistics question.

We have a couple guests of honor who we want to give a wrist corsage. However, they're not in the wedding party, so they won't be getting ready with us in the morning. They would arrive at the ceremony at the same time as the other guests, at which time the wedding party will be "hiding." So when can we take a moment to give them the corsages, and who would give them? (Not sure if the florist's team would still be on site by that point.)

Do you have a DOC? That’s who handed out all our florals. I’d also ask those people to just get there a few minutes early so you can be sure they’re on time and they’ll have time to get their flowers.

We don't, but the venue will have an on-site coordinator so I guess this is a question for her! Thank you.
