What's Your Wedding Horoscope?!?

~Bride 8/28/10~, on December 28, 2010 at 7:54 AM Posted in Planning 0 41

So I found this and thought it was actually kind of funny. So What is Your Wedding Horoscope? Smiley smile

ARIES 21 March – 19 April

The dress: Jade sultriness or a revealing scarlet clinger.

The jewellery: Diamonds with the odd amethyst.

The date: The full Aries moon on Oct 21 is a spectacular option. Otherwise Nov 16 (definitely not Oct 16), Dec 19, Jan 4...or any starlit Tuesday night.

The wedding: Aries wants fun, spectacle and excitement – and preferably a song specially written and sung for her by Robbie Williams.

The honeymoon: Either a luxury safari deep in the African bush, or a beach holiday not too far from the Mall. Nothing quiet or shy needed here.

The wedding gift: Don't you dare give an Aries girl a frying pan! Gift vouchers are good, as is lingerie, matching luggage, or something fun and colourful.

Aries as a wife: If ever there was a can-have-it-all-superwoman, it would be this gal. The essential common ingredient here is that Miss Aries needs, (CONT)

, at all times, a challenge; a crusade. So, husbands – make sure you're not it.

What's next? The new Mrs Aries moves quickly into home and even instant pregnancy. Love is deep and passionate – hopefully deep enough to survive a mildly horrendous planetary glitch from Oct 15 to Dec 1st. Money is important now – and luck brings new opportunities

    TAURUS 20 April – 20 May

The dress: Soft, flowing violet or lilac with velvet trim. Lots of layers

The jewellery: Emerald, coral – or semi-precious stones in rainbow colours.

The date: Avoid Oct 10 – Nov 21 if you can. Otherwise any beautiful Friday evening or late afternoon

The wedding: A dark, woody chapel with masses of candles and flowers. Gregorian chants add romance.

The honeymoon: Either a luxury cruise on an ocean liner, or a flower-picking, earthy cave experience miles from the nearest laptop.

The wedding gift: Mrs Taurus likes a well-stocked kitchen – so don't be shy. In fact, buy two of everything. (CONT)

Ellesse would be good. But not vital.

Taurus as a wife: More than anything, this girl needs to feel secure. You provide the finances, she figures, and she'll take care of the rest. Which doesn't mean she won't provide money too. But that's for her. Obviously.

What's next? What perfect timing. The planets have zoned you in on home and family as you learn about history and roots. At the same time, anything deemed no longer useful is tossed out without a backward glance. A cleansing time. Lots of courage needed here.

    GEMINI 21 May – 20 June

The dress: A comfortable, very modern dress or trouser suit in sky-blue.

The jewellery: Aquamarine set in platinum or silver.

The date: The planets want you married. Pick your moment. Wednesdays are good. Especially sunny ones.

The wedding: A party is what's needed here... with music, dancing and exotic cocktails – and hold the speeches. Otherwise, the more the merrier.

The honeymoon: One of those Club Med jaunts would suit the(CONT)

Friendly Gemini. Not much for cosy couples, this one. Well? now and then.

The wedding gift: How about clubbing together for a hi-fi, or videocamera – or maybe a pool table. Otherwise, go for the glow-in-the-dark joke knickers.

Gemini as a wife: Probably the most cosmopolitan of all the signs, Mrs Gemini could literally live anywhere. And while she's there, she'll introduce you to all the important people you need to know. She's a natural networker, a flitting butterfly and always, always, a wonderful friend.

What's next? Marriage provides a safe place from which to grow. The only possible snag is that you grow right out of your marriage. But make the most of it; the planets want you to learn new things – and share them with him. That way you grow together. Finances, meanwhile, get better all the time.

    CANCER 21 June – 22 July

The dress: A long, midnight blue gown with a train, and beaded sleeves.

The jewellery: An antique opal, once your great grandmother's.

The date: Nov 21-Dec 24 is good. October is hideous. January is fine – especially the 18th. Mondays are best.

The wedding: The crab wants tradition – perhaps in an ancient chapel or beautiful garden. In fact, a wedding planner would be good to make sure you get it just right.

The honeymoon: One of those heart-shaped beds in a pink villa somewhere in Greece would warm the Cancerian heart. She wants the whole nine yards.

The wedding gift: Soft white linens, delicately-embroidered table cloths, silver cutlery, crystal wine glasses – you know, pretty stuff. And get it monogrammed.

Cancer as a wife: If you belong to her, it's for life. She doesn't take rejection well – and can pull all manner of stunts to make you stay. But if you're ever lost and alone, pop around. She's bound to have something on the boil. (CONT)

Not to mention a welcoming pair of arms to wrap you in.

What's next? Spiritual and moral compatibility outweigh even the sex. For now. Which means love comes from a deeper, much more mature place. It's also quite likely you'll be pregnant when you marry. Money, incidentally, is fantastic.

    LEO 23 July – 22 August

The dress: Something noisy, astonishing and utterly scandalous. Gold lame...

The jewellery: Yellow diamonds. Large ones.

The date: 6-8 Oct; 22-29 Nov; not Nov 20 or Dec 4. Christmas time and the whole of January are fantastic. Sundays afternoons are great.

The wedding: For a start, let's alert the media. Then we'll put on a show to make it worth their while. Get a good guest list too. And maybe some food.

The honeymoon: Mrs Leo is not only outrageously romantic, she's also wildly generous. So why not take the buddies along? Just a few...

The wedding gift: A hand-carved gold Buddah from Tibet. Or a tiny beaded brooch made by a little orphan who lives in (CONT)

    A treehouse.

Leo as a wife: Have you ever watched a caged lioness prowling up and down in an obvious rage? Take a good look. Because that's what you get if you limit Mrs Leo in any way at all. But set her free, and she'll fascinate, intrigue, adore and frustrate any man with the courage to stick around.

What's next? What happened? Did you inherit millions, or just fall in love with your life. Whatever Mrs Leo does now, it is destined to be a raging success. So in marriage, business or simply a determination to follow a dream, the prize has already been wrapped.

    VIRGO 23 August – 22 September

The dress: Let's go with cream. In natural fabrics. Soft and feminine

The jewellery: Agate or jasper. Simple and very personal.

The date: Oct 15-31, Nov 22-30, Dec 22-31, Jan2, Jan 15-25 A cool Wednesday or Friday night.

The wedding: The fact is, nothing is ever perfect enough for a Virgo. Which means the simpler the wedding, the fewer opportunities for mistakes.

The honeymoon: No advice needed here. Mrs V has either been planning this since she was five – or she'd rather spend the money on a lounge suite.

The wedding gift: Believe it or not, this is a woman who would genuinely be pleased with a lawn mower. Or casserole dish. Practical stuff. And don't even think about going the frilly route.

Virgo as a wife: It is Mrs V's undoubted intelligence, rather than her fanatical perfectionism, that endears her to her man. But this is not your typical wife. Yes, she'll colour-coordinate your socks. But she's also sassy, independent, capable, determined and extremely shrewd. Watch.

What's next? The universe is not so much punishing you as toughening you up for greater things. So yes, you may feel under-appreciated and misunderstood. But keep going. Your spiritual awareness is growing – and with it, your personal power. From now on, you get to call the shots.

    LIBRA 23 September – 22 October

The dress: The latest fashion mags could help with this. Or one of those fabulous designers every self-respecting Libra calls her best friend.

The jewellery: One quietly elegant – expensive – piece. Sapphire perhaps.

The date: The Libran New Moon on Oct 6 offers magic. Otherwise, wait for Nov 24-29, Dec 9-12 or the last two weeks of January. A Friday afternoon.

The wedding: The watchwords here are stylish, elegant, fashionable. A small island off the coast that only fifteen people have heard of.

The honeymoon: Nothing low rent. If funds are down, she'll wait. If not, a tour of the Italian design houses would be nice. With champagne brunches.

The wedding gift: None of those joke presents. If you can't afford the real thing (any real thing) send beautiful flowers and a card. Or donate your offering to the charity of your choice – and let it be known.

Libra as a wife: Once she's decided to take care of you, she's more attentive than (CONT)

Anyone deserves to discover. Not that she'll necessarily undertake the dirty work herself – but she'll make darn sure it gets done. She has, however, no understanding of budgets – and no interest in finding out. Class, she's got.

What's next? Easy and successful – relatively speaking. Your goals are reached; your plans work out and your dreams are waiting to be heard. The only question left then is: what do you really want? Time to decide.

    SCORPIO 23 October – 21 November

The dress: Soft, shimmery, almost invisible – or black, daring and demonic.

The jewellery: Rubies or moonstones with a history

The date: The difficult dates are best for you – all the better to conjure up your magic. Nov 20 and Dec 4 are the two biggies. Nightime is the right time.

The wedding: If there aren't any cauldrons, Mrs Scorpio is going to want to know why. Her wedding is a chance to commune with her instincts and find her true self.

The honeymoon: Who cares where it is as long as there (CONT

Are beds the size of bathrooms, black satin sheets, oysters on sticks and her man. Naked.

The wedding gift: Go for lingerie. Or sex toys. Nothing crass – something exciting, limited edition, exotic and definitely not on the list. A Thai love potion, perhaps. Or even the masseuse to go with it.

Scorpio as wife: It won't be easy – and you won't know until it happens – but when Miss Scorpio turns her light on you, the glow of the rays is almost blinding. Not to mention completely addictive. But then we get to the scorned part. If you want to live, don't scorn this woman.

What's next? So much is happening within, it's hard to focus on the externals. Still, this is exciting stuff. It's time for the Scorpio energy to find its true power – and to push that envelope way past collapse. There's travel, adventure, new deals... and a new marriage. Interesting stuff.

    SAGITTARIUS 22 November – 21 December

The dress: Jeans and a T-shirt. Or the full deal. Complete with a wonderbra.

The jewellery: Not too fussed. Something small that won't catch on things.

The date: Definitely not Dec 4. Otherwise, Sagg is so lucky, she can pretty much take her pick. A Thursday afternoon in Nov or Jan would be good.

The wedding: Sagg isn't really one for ceremonies – unless, of course, they're in a hot air balloon. Failing that, a registry office and a huge party.

The honeymoon: Sagg sees no point going anywhere without a mountain to climb or a dolphin to swim with. In between, She'll blow kisses to her man.

The wedding gift: Who cares – as long as it's given with love. Mrs Sagg is just as likely to treasure a box of half-eaten chocolates as the gilded table on which they sit. Still, if all else fails, an animal or something sporty.

Sagittarius as a wife: If you have a bruise – on your heart, your ego, your left leg – Mrs Sagg has a remarkable (CONT)

Knack of standing all over it. But aside from that, she's honest, warm, enthusiastic, mind-boggingly lucky, wise and always determined to help. But very seldom alone.

What's up? Marriage won't be easy – but the good ones will emerge stronger and deeper for being tested. Still, Mrs Sagg is changing, becoming more mature and even responsible. New opportunities – for work, travel and learning, come up every five minutes. Grab the best and run. Husband too.

    CAPRICORN 22 December – 19 January

The dress: A shimmering silver robe with matching cloak – majestic, cool

The jewellery: A plain gold band with black onyx rims.

The date: Best days are Oct 1-10, Nov 20, Jan 2 or Jan 10. Or your birthday. A breezy Saturday afternoon would be wonderful.

The wedding: Something simple, conservative and deeply spiritual. The minister may read a special verse. For the rest, she'll stick to the old ways.

The honeymoon: Somewhere beautiful, green, quiet and close to the sea. A cottage (CONT)

On the beach, or a tiny hotel no-one's heard of. Just her and her man.

The wedding gift: Go for the silverware. There's nothing a Capricorn likes more than a clear and obvious – though never ostentatious – sign of value.

Capricorn as a wife: It's almost strange to see the words Capricorn and wife in the same sentence. Mrs Cap is far more likely to be heading up some board than polishing the floor. Still, she needs to manage – and if it's not a company, it'll be the family. With gusto!

What's up? For once, love can't go wrong. Which means yes to perfect choices, wonderful weddings and love. There's some good stuff happening. Give the work a break – and enjoy life for a change.

    AQUARIUS 20 January – 18 February

The dress: A dramatic item in clinging gold with black trim. Meant to stun.

The jewellery: Black pearls – around the neck, wrist, waist and fingers.

The date: The new moon on Oct 6 signifies exciting new beginnings. Otherwise any balmy Saturday night after Nov 21.

The wedding: Unorthodox and revolutionary – perhaps in a circus tent or empty pool. Gorgeous choirboys add hypnotic rhythms.

The honeymoon: She'll do whatever he wants to do. Not that she's not interested. It's just that she's fascinated by everything. And not fussy at all.

The wedding gift: Music would be greatly appreciated – as would the latest in books, web designs or interesting new phones. Technology is the thing.

Aquarius as a wife: Even when she finally succumbs to marriage, motherhood and materialism (usually later in life), there will always be a part of herself kept secret – and strictly her own. Otherwise she's a great friend, companion, wit, and partner. (CONT)

    Equal partner, please note.

What's next? Life is getting easier, more loving and much more successful every day. Just as well. After what you've been through, it's about time. Love and romance are the highlight. But triumph, adventure and a few extra bucks are not far behind.

    PISCES 19 February – 20 March

The dress: You get to be the princess in the meringue. A dream come true.

The jewellery: Blue and white diamonds, or turquoise and white gold.

The date: Oct 7-10, Nov 4-12, Dec 25-31, Jan 15-23, or any starry Thursday night that seems right. Piscean instincts will know.

The wedding: Garters will be tossed, poetry read, and brides given away. Garlands of every colour decorate a gazebo near a bubbling brook. Yes?

The honeymoon: He's washing her hair in the stream; she's kissing his toes while planning a sumptuous dessert. Love is the honeymoon. How and where, no-one has really noticed.

The wedding gift: A few practical gifts might help our lost fish get her act (CONT)

Together. A travel bag, perhaps, or a passport holder tied to an immoveable armband. Or maybe something soft, warm and delicious. Just like her.

Pisces as a wife: No other woman is quite as able to make her man feel like a man – or rather, a god. She'll care for him, listen to his problems and even have some useful advice. Not much good in the kitchen though.

What's next? Just as well money has fallen off your list – because for now, you'll have to make do with what you have. Not that there's really a problem. You've got your love to keep you warm. And he's probably doing really well. Just ask for your share.

Finally done posting it all! I hate the word limits per post! Anyways I am a Scorpio and I'm not sure that it fits but it was funny! Smiley smile
