What's On Your Menu??

I have always wanted asian [chinese/vietnamese] cuisine! i did originally plan for american cuisine because it was more within the budget i wanted but i decided to increase my budget so i can have the cuisine i really wanted

Our guests can choose between chicken, steak, fish, or a vegetarian option.

We have salmon, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, steak, and vegetarian lasagna. As bride and groom, plus our parents, we get a plate with all 3 main courses (not the lasagna unless we want it).

View Quoted Comment I was so impressed by our tasting. I am NOT a fish person, especially salmon, and I could not stop eating it. I really wanted stations but due to Covid regulations we can’t have them 😔

Love that! I love fish but I'm also pretty picky in how it's made. That's unfortunate about not having stations though.

Wow, I didn't even think to add my menu lol.

We're having 3 different appetizers and Caesar salad. For dinner there will be Chicken and waffles (for the kids....and my picky FH lol), skirt steak and salmon with sautéed broccolini and truffle mash potatoes for the sides. There's also going to be a dessert table with assorted cookies, brownies, lemon bars and macarons.

I love BBQ! What will you serve??

Cocktail hour - We had three passed apps - fried ravioli with marinara sauce, grilled cheese squares with tomatoes and basil on them, and mango chicken bites


Salad Course - Casear Salad
Buffet/Stations - Pasta station which included tortellini and penne pasta with your choice of vodka sauce or alfredo. We also one serving of gluten free pasta for a friend with a gluten allergy. A carving station with your choice of turkey with or without gravy and prime rib. Sides included grilled mixed veggies and mashed potatoes with or without gravy.
Candy Bar - Was open the entire reception with an assort of candy including chocolate options and non-chocolate options.
Late Night Snack - A nacho bar
My husband's cousin was the only one who was a vegan so she received a plate of risotto with grilled veggies.

We are serving dual plating chicken and salmon.
