What would you call this color

The top part almost looks like a dark teal to me? The bottom looks like a dark cobalt blue or admiral blue.

Id call it Dark Teal

I’d call it dark teal. Most color charts I have seen consider indigo to be somewhere between purple and blue.


At the same time I would not get hung up on a name because no two manufacturers use the same name for the same color, nor does the same color have the same name. That is why there a million wine shades that don’t begin to resemble each other.

I'd call it cerulean.

I vote for dark teal also. But as Michelle said above, that means nothing because every dress designer will have their own name for it!

Looks very similar to azazie's ink blue. I would also agree with dark teal, or I've sometimes seen this labeled as "peacock"

I'd describe it as a muted dark teal!
