What to plan???

I would definitely look for a photographer first, being that it's so close to your wedding date. Then officiant, caterer, and DJ. Also a dress!!

It really depends on if you plan to have a big wedding or a small little gathering after. I might recommend a planner if you can afford it. They may have contacts to help you. You will also need to hurry on getting the invitations and electronic might be best due to the short time period. Good luck!

I agree with PP, it depends on what kind of event you’re hosting. You don’t have the luxury of working on one thing at a time, so I would start putting mass contacts out to every vendor that you might need; photographer, caterer, officiant, florist, Baker, DJ...You also don’t have the luxury of being picky with your vendors. You’re going to have to go with whoever is available. Unless someone is absolutely awful, I wouldn’t turn them down.

Also getting married in 37 days, hello wedding weekend buddy! I've only been planning since April and then our plans got icked up and we decided to move our date to that weekend in October last month.

What I have found helpful is if you can get the food, cake, and venue squared away you'll find you have room to breathe. And dress! Get your dress ASAP in case you need alterations and what not. Also a smaller shindig is easier than a larger one. Less moving parts. I've found that calling instead of emailing helps too. I hate making phone calls but it gets the job done.

I would get your dress, venue and caterer secured ASAP! Those are going to be the hardest ones to get setup in such a short time frame.
