I believe having signs helps direct guests. I like this new trend. I have several signs for my upcoming wedding.

We'll have a few signs. Probably a Welcome sign, Guestbook sign, and signature cocktail sign. Maybe a seating chart. My younger son will also be holding a sign saying 'Hey Daddy, here comes Mommy' during our ceremony lol. I personally think they're cute.

In the beginning of wedding planning, I purchased an “unplugged ceremony” sign and a small “guest book” sign, as I felt these would be useful. I don’t really see the reason for anything else. Just another thing to spend money on and then throw out, in my opinion.

I also agree that it's possible to go overboard on signs to the point where some of them may not be worth the money in the end. Do you have pictures of the signs that you plan to display?
