What should i write in the card asking my Mom to go wedding dress shopping?

Aubri, on December 17, 2024 at 1:23 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 4
I want wedding dress shopping to just be my Mom and I first. I was adopted late in life and have missed alot of big life moments with my family, so this is important to me to have with her.
I’m struggling what to write in the card asking her to go with me. I want to go in January before I have knee surgery in February.

Write out a bunch of thoughts that come to your mind and then decide how to work the ideas into a letter -- have this special moment before I get married -- being a part of the transition to my new life -- not leaving you bind -- you are a partner for life-- thankful for guiding me to be loving, responsible, intelligent -- being an example to me.

Why do you even need to write a card? Can't you just ask her?

I just thought it would be a nice gesture to make a little extra effort to get a card from Etsy and some flowers since I’m not just asking her to go pick out a random pair of shoes with me. I’m asking her to go on a once in my lifetime shopping trip with me. So I felt it deserved a little more effort than the bare minimum.
