Bathing suits and cute outfits for dinner. Be mindful of dress codes at restaurants (especially for men) so that your two are appropriately dressed. At our resort (Excellence) , men had to wear collared shirts and closed toed shoes to dinner restaurants.
If you plan to do any excursions, comfy clothes and shoes you can walk in.
If you plan to use the gym on the premises, work out clothes.
Lots and lots of sun screen, as well as aloe for if/when the sunscreen doesn't work.
Assorted toiletries (the resorts usually have lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, but my hair is finicky so I bring my own shampoo and conditioner).

But, we're not counting that as a honeymoon since it will probably be a circus. Since Christmas is shortly after we return and we have to travel to a few cities over the holidays, we will take our honeymoon after New Year's. We are deciding between the Philippines/Thailand or Europe.

Bathing suits for sure, maybe water shoes if you plan on doing things like snorkeling? Tennis shoes if you plan on doing walking/hiking/etc. Then some cute dresses for nice dinners! We brought a small tripod for good pictures that hooked up to our phone, that was great! Then some small bags (like drawstring bags or purses) so you have something to take to the beach.
