What necklace goes best with a halter dress?

It really depends on the dress and the overall theme of the wedding.

I personally do not wear necklaces with a halter top. It can get lost. Perhaps instead some earrings? or a bracelet ??

Do you have a picture of the dress? Without seeing the dress, I would say no necklace, and wear statement earrings and a statement bracelet.

Personally, I wouldn't do a necklace with a halter. Like a previous poster said, maybe some nice earrings and a bracelet instead. And you said you are wearing a birdcage with peals on it. That should be enough.

After seeing the picture, I would still recommend earrings and a bracelet with no necklace. If you really want a necklace I would keep it simple and delicate. Maybe a pearl drop necklace?

Thanks! I don't normally wear halters anymore so I wasn't sure. My bridesmaid are all wearing pearl necklaces, so I'm thinking maybe it would be best if I didn't wear one at all.

I wouldn't wear a necklace with a halter, but if you want something still, I'd recommend some sort of simple, drop style necklace. A big statement piece will be overwhelming.

I have a very similar style dress and am also wearing a birdcage! I was planning to just wear some drop pearl earrings and go without a necklace.

I would say no necklace. I think earrings and a bracelet would be great with that. The pearls on your bridesmaids will be a good match, maybe you can do a pearl bracelet?
