I love it! Mine is similar, just a single stone on a white gold band I just got a simple white gold band to go with mine! A pave band could also look nice.

Mine is a knife edge band with a single diamond so I got a knife edge wedding band with pave to match.

My engagement ring has detail on the side too! I found a beautiful band that matched perfectly and the way the wedding band is slightly curved I can still see the side detail from the right angle.
