I did find this pair of heels at DB that look gorgeous (in Metallic Nude) with my dress: http://www.davidsbridal.com/Product_high-heel-sandal-with-crystal-t-strap-aelize12_shoes-all-shoes

I'm afraid if I don't wear heels I'll feel undressed. What shoes are you planning to wear?

My DH is the same height as me. I didn't want to tower over him, so I wore flats. I wore a pair of gold, sparkly Toms. They were comfy and nobody looked at my feet all day anyway.

FH and I will be wearing bride and groom converse. I was thinking about bridal toms for a while, but then I saw the converse on Pinterest and fell in love lol

I also wore cowboy boots because that's who I am, but they were a new pair that I purchased for the wedding, not my pair I wear to ride horses or clean stalls. But this pair was amazing, covered top to toe in bling, so even though they were boots they still looked bridal. I would post a pic of them but I am working from my new tablet that just arrived and I don't have any of my pictures on it yet. Oh well, maybe next time someone asks this question. But you definitely need to be comfortable, so wear what works for you. Good luck and Best wishes !!!!!!!

I wrote a novel about a shy girl with a tough streak named Jenny Janes, who loved her boots and wore them on her wedding day. It makes me smile every time I read about a girl wearing boots down the aisle. LOVE IT!

I found shoes I like for the right price but they were not in my size Smiley sad Really, I could wear whatever and no one would notice because my feet would be covered but still....

I am addicted to the shoes from Adasbridal very much, but my wedding is not in summer or a beach wedding.

These are mine!!! I almost wasn't able to wear them because I have such a small foot ( wide by my toes and very Narrow by my heel) so I had to get inserts and they fit!

My blue, suede shoes. I originally had purple satin khussa shoes (flats,) but after my dress was steamed and altered, I needed a low heel. I love them; I didn't want anything that looked too bridal because I wanted something I'd wear again. Sheesh, those Jimmy Choos are triple my wedding gown budget. I'd scrape the heel on gravel the first time I wore them and cry that I just spent two days wages Smiley smile

I had 3 pairs. 1. white very traditional wedding heels (they were my something borrowed...also the only thing my mom opposed during planning was my desire to wear black shoes so I wanted to wear the white shoes for the ceremony) 2. my super awesome sparkly 5in. black peep toe heels 3. Lace white flats for late night dancing once I stopped feeling my feet in the heels haha. I have been to a few weddings however where the bride wore flats or converse even. I think it's common enough that it won't look under dressed just different
