It's a work in progress xD we're getting married in a national park and they charge $250 for the land use permit, not per guest. We're planning to rent a vacation home for about $2500 for a 3 night stay, and it sleeps 26 people. so it costs $172/ person ish. and we're using that for the reception location (plan B is a shelter rental for $25/hr at the nearby parks and rec ) as well as getting ready, and a place to stay for our out of town guests. and we're either going to make spaghetti or order pizzas for food. the park doesn't allow decorations of any kind, so it cuts out a huge cost for us.
Ouch! I guess there's a benefit to getting married in Colorado. Rocky Mountain National Park is beautiful enough that I don't feel bad about not having decorations. Best of luck!
We have a budget of 20K and so far we are at 15K spent. That includes everything except for our rings.
We have a small guest list and are doing a small destination wedding. The 15K includes our engagement party which is catered and our honeymoon funding.
Ideally 10k is our max for 120 people! For everything, the tux and dress and venue and food etc. Not including the honeymoon. Planning and we are currently at $5k but still have a lot more planning to do.
It was between $2500 and $2800 for 50 people. I am only counting things that were for the care and comfort of our guests (I am not counting wedding rings or license, etc) We had an 11am ceremony, followed by lunch (and open bar but being lunchtime not a lot of people drank) with no dance. We had no favors and a very small bridal party - like three people total. We focused on food, drink, photography and a pro musician (who was a friend who gave us a discount per his choice.) It as over by about 2:30 - it was perfect!!! Wedding was in a arboretum - no flowers needed there!!!

High Mountain Hall in Camden, ME. Idk if its technically eco friendly, but it used to be a church and now holds yoga classes sometimes. Also with it being in ME theres the styrofoam ban and the fact that a lot of chains wont go up there due to things like freshness (with food) becoming an issue, so lots of local business to go to.
After all is said and done our budget is $6500 that includes ceremony, venue, attire, rings, favors, DJ, etc. for a total of 50 guests. I found ways to trim the budget by making favors and decorations myself. We are also going non-traditional by getting married by a minister at the reception venue.
