We are doing all food ourselves! Self serve taco bar and cooking meats earlier in the week then freezing to keep well until night before. Alcohol we are having beer, wine, water lemonade and batched liquor drinks, margaritas. Then we have our amazing church who donated out tables and some volunteers to keep the food & drinks stocked! Best advice of all is USE YOUR VILLAGE! Decor, use small household decor or barrow from friends if you can! It is totally do-able, it takes time to fit the peices together but it's totally paying off in the long run!

We didn't set a strict budget, we decided to just pay what we need to pay to make our day special while being as economic as possible, I try not to think about it to hard because spending that amount of money makes me sick 😅 so far we are sitting around 9k between photography, venue, and dj with the dress ,rings, food, cake, flowers, whatever else all left to buy..... Lord help me 😅😅😭

Our budget is no more than $12k for 70-80 people. We haven't finished out guest list. A decent chunk of that $12k is the venue, but in that is included our ceremony fee, food/open bar per person, set up, clean up, day of coordinators, cake and cake cutting for 5 hours, 6 if we make upgrades to our menu. We probably we won't need the extra hour as we plan on doing an "after party" at a local brewery. I am also doing a lot of upcycling for decor with everyday things I purchase anyway. Buying items second on Facebook marketplace has kept costs down too.

We are renewing our vows for our 10 yr anniversary since our first wedding was our parents and best friends. This time the budget is 2000 dollars for 50 people. And since I'm creative im making a lot of my own decor for the ceremony and reception with help from my bridal crew. Also ordering a lot from amazon, Arts and Craft stores and Thrift shops.

Our max budget is 15k for our 45 person semi-destination wedding. That’s including our attire and hotel stay (not rings).

My fiancé and I budgeted $40k for 200 people that we are willing to put towards the wedding. We have some family members that have offered to pay for certain things like cake and some decor, so we can splurge in other areas.

Hi Courtney & Congratulations on your engagement and marriage. I was wondering the same . I’d love to know what state they live in. We anticipate 150-160 and it’s at least over 25k not including attire , rings or honeymoon. And I’m a wedding coordinator. Teach me !!!
