What is your cake going to look like?

This is similar to what our cake is going to look like, only without the fruit and flowers. Yours is pretty cool!

Our cake will look similar to this one.

We are getting cupcakes made by one of my closest friends. 5 different flavors.

We aren’t big cake people righter so we are having our catering people make a tiered cinnamon roll cake and I’m making the flowered accents like the one in the second picture!!!

The only thing concern for me is that not all of your guests at being offered the same(similar) thing. I LOVE cheesecake and I'd be pretty mad if I was offered donuts and the wedding party was eating cheesecake. For the cake cutting after our ceremony, we're having cheesecake, but we only have 5 guests. For our reception, we're doing a bakery cake/sheet cake. I don't think anyone will be upset because it's all "cake." But I think everyone should be offered basically the same thing. I really would be put off if the wedding party was eating something I wasn't offered. And I'm really hard to offend.

We are thinking just a small simple cake for us to cut and do typical feed each other a bite, but do cake pops or cupcakes and a variety of other desserts instead of wedding cake.

Oh my god that is such a good idea. I am a cheesecake person too. i am doing a traditional three tier cake except mine is square shaped and will have different flavors for different tiers.

The cinnamon roll cake!!!! Now that’s a wedding cake I can get behind. Such a good idea, especially for a wedding in autumn.

We care very little, if at all, about cake. If we go one, it’ll be a small 2 tiered cake (likely from a grocery store). Something like this but 2 tier.

That looks very cool. This is the cake we had: vanilla dough filled with Dulce de leche and peanut butter buttercream. It was a dream and the cutest cake ever.

Here's what our cake will look like. We'll have flowers cascading down instead of only on the top.

We are having a 5-tier semi naked cake with white buttercream, a slight chocolate drizzle, and fresh berries and flowers. Each tier will be a different flavor: strawberry shortcake, lemon raspberry, white chocolate raspberry, cinnamon blackberry, and banana cream. I don't have a picture though, because we went off of several inspo pics lol.

Its waaaaay to early for us to have a cake finalized, but I know that I also want donuts incorporated! It's either going to be a tower of donuts, or they're going to be decoration for the cake. Our wedding in going to be in the fall, and fall = apple cider donuts in my mind.

We haven't even starting speaking to a baker about it yet, but our favorite cake is cheesecake so we want to do some kind of tiered cheesecake and maybe do the layers different flavors like plain, strawberry, blackberry, and maybe chocolate
