Don’t give up Jessica! Talk with your MOH’s and BM’s and see what they think too. We are doing an overnight at an AirBnB in Dallas after my lingerie shower. We are going out to dinner then we are going to the Airbnb. We’ll watch movies and eat snacks and do a DIY spa day. Then in the morning we will have brunch and possibly get our nails done. It’s 3 says before my wedding 😊

It can be what you want it to be! I just stayed local and had 5 of my girls hang out for the day. My best lady planned the whole thing; started with brunch in the morning. Then I went to a massage by myself which they all chipped in for. afterwards met up with everyone for a picnic in the park with another of my friends who just had a baby. She brought her baby, I love dogs too and requested we have a dog to play with. We hung out for a bit then we split up again and met up for dinner. And then we had ice cream for dessert.
I typically like more 1 on 1 hang outs, I originally wanted to go dancing too but was feeling sick. My bacheloteet was low key and my different friends from different circles were able to meet and hang out. We didn't get crazy, no bars, nothing phallic, and just a day with the ladies.
Take the "Bachelorette" portion out of the equation. What is your perfect day? A day at the spa with yourself or your best friend? Board games? Literally can be anything you want it to be.

I told mine I wanted something relaxing and different. So we went horseback riding and a virtual reality gaming experience. It was adventurous for all of us because none of us have ever done it before.
Think about things you've never done but would like to try

My MOH decided that job and work life balance was too much right now to be able to book, plan, or even attend bachelorette.... so bridesmaids stepped in and up. They called family and friends and found an awesome little getaway. There is a great little resort in st. Pete called SHEPARD'S with clubs, restaurants, bars, pools,, beach.... etc. We fly into Tampa (with southwest only $100 each way) and stay for a long weekend.... we all chipped in on swag to make it affordable for everyone. And we are doubling up in rooms to split that cost too... now all we need to do is show up and have a great time... and people can participate according to their budget or desire... no pressure for anyone.

I invited my 5 close friends to have a sleepover weekend at my house (I just moved 3.5 hours away). They’re coming in Friday so we’ll be low key and hang out. Then Saturday everyone bought tickets to a wine tour that included lunch. We’ll prob just order in for dinner. Then Sunday morning we’re going to brunch. Super cheap weekend but still fun!

Honestly, you can do whatever you want. It would be good to talk with your bridesmaids and see if they have the budget to go anywhere or if it should just be local. There are so many ideas so see what your bridesmaids want to do.

We’re doing a brunch and wine tasting. Two of my four bridesmaids are from out of town, but they are going to fly out to my house on a Friday night where I’ll pick them up and they’ll stay with me. The next day we are going to have a super fancy brunch with my junior bridesmaid as she can’t go wine tasting nor drive us. Then we’ll drive 2 hrs from Phoenix to Tucson where my MOH’s parents live and stay with there. Maybe go explore Tucson a little. Then Sunday we’ll drive another hour and go through all the wineries. Since my MOH is a member we are going to borrow her glasses which will save us on tastings cost. Then drive back home and my two bridesmaids will fly home Monday. The goal is to not spend a ton of money, but still have fun.
