What is something unique to your wedding?

I enjoy this site too. We are not having any rings and we are having a murder mystery during our reception. My honey doesn't know about that part yet. Lol a surprise 😉

That will be Amazing. We made our own card box, our guest book is jinga blocks, we will have a kids room that is optional and I don’t remarried if we get a fire pit or not but if so we will get stuff so our guest can make s’mores.

We’re having a blacksmith on site during cocktail hour. They’ll also be creating a brand for us so we can do a “branding” ceremony on a piece of wood for our unity ceremony.

We fused my Buddhist-Wiccan spirituality with her Christian religion and created an amazing ceremony with a unity candle lit by our moms during the processional, a silent meditation to bring everyone into the present moment, hand fasting ceremony with Christian scripture and Pagan readings. ☺️ We also want to have little totes with a “2 Brides” coloring book for the kids during the reception - it’s super cute!

We’re doing the Lord’s Supper as our unity ceremony. I have a small wishing well for people to put their “wishes for the Mr. & Mrs.” in. 😊 FH is a big hunter so our guest book alternative will be a painting of a deer head, and people will thumbprint the antlers!

The theme? The theme is Grease. The reception will be like a mini carnival.

We are having his uncle perform the ceremony and writing our own vows. His uncle got ordained online just for us, so we we're really excited to have a ceremony that has been entirely crafted by the 3 of us. We also selected a lot of music choices that were relevant and meaningful to us.

Disney isn't really unique anymore but we added a lot of Disney.. guests can wear ears if they'd like as we will have minnie and mickey ears in baskets when the guests walk in.

FH is retired military and I having a missing man table and FH doesn’t know but found a soldier that’s doubles as a flag holder. He has been wanting it ever since he found it at our local Crackle Barrel. He doesn’t know I bought it for him.

For us it's our venue. It's the community center where we met at back in 1985 at a dance. We are so excited at starting our marriage at the place or love story began all those years ago!

Wow that sounds really cool actuallyUm I had a diy boba bar. I see boba bars are trending now though so not sure how unique that is anymore.
We also had ceremony at the church we met and our reception at the restaurant we had our third date in. Not many can say they got married at where they met aha
