what happened to the wedding Website?!?!

WW has a time limit and countless glitches but the forums are great. Most people recommend withjoy.com or wix.com which are both free with no time limit

Omg! I’m sorry to see this. That really sucks. Maybe message support/admin to see if they can extend or something? I am sure they are going to get a lot of requests for that....


Is it just the custom domain websites, the one people pay for? Or like ALL websites?

I wish I could help you with this but unfortunately I can’t… Because the wedding wire website is frankly garbage. I can suggest you using minted.com‘s wedding website. It has been amazing for me! I even tested it out too and none of our guests should have any issues RSVPing or searching for their names etc.

Oh no!! I'm so sorry to hear about this!! I would suggest contacting customer support and seeing if they would be able to let you make a new one for free.

I emailed support to see what they can do but man am I HEATED🤬

So I guess they are phasing out the old formats and making a new one, which I hate too I had to redo my whole website. But I was still able to access my old one through the link I had created so I toggled back and forth between the two to update the new one. I guess the old ones will no longer be available after 3/16.

Yea they won't let you, you have to make a whole new one it's super annoying lol
