What Format is your new name going to be in????

Hypenate or just keeping mine. Now on FB it will be hypenated but in real life.......

FH and I reached a compromise that I would go by his name socially, but not change my documents and continue to use my own name in the workplace.

@Rane I really like the sound of this because I can have my full name on documents but will go by First name middle name his last name...

FirstName MiddleName MaidenName HubbyLastName aka the longest name in history lol. I'm a journalist so I can't drop my maiden name completely because it's my byline so I'll be like Hilary Rodham Clinton and make my maiden name my second middle name and go by FirstName MadienName HubbyLastName for the most part. *sigh* I get winded just thinking about it.

My degree reads Charmaine A.Burrell when married it will have Reid added.

We just talked about this last night.... I personally wouldn't have it any other way than to take his name but he is perfectly fine with me keeping mine... but when it came to children.... he wants them to have his name....
