What food are you guys having?

We will have a Mexican fruit bar during cocktail hour. We will then have a taco truck serve tacos for dinner. I am keeping things as simple as possible.

That actually sounds really good to me and fun. Not a lot of work but really fun food. Good deal

I have helped plan many weddings for family members and friends and have learn that although food is really important during the wedding, Its best to keep it simple.

I'm having a BBQ theme with 5 main and 5 sides (may be 2 pans of the main dishes). I mean its a meal and if it don't fill up the guest maybe it wasn't suppose to. It's your day. Follow your heart

We are offering 2 food stations at cocktail hour which are a fruit display and spinach dip with crudites. Dinner will be plated with a champagne salad, bread, entree (steak, chicken, veggie). Dessert will be wedding cake (included in our catering) and a late night snack of chips and salsa, pretzel bites and sliders.

Here is a picture of the size of the actual entree for our guests, we went without the salmon as many of our guests don't eat fish.

We went with the late night snack option as we are having a full open bar including signature cocktails at cocktail hour and we assume people will be hungry as we usually are after a night of drinking and dancing the night away.
