Some people have long hashtags and it’s ok

We only did his last name but I've seen plenty of people use both!

Both of our last names are 8 letters, so we are just using his. I feel like the longer the hashtag the less likely I’ll get people to actually use it and the more likely they’ll need it up typing it, but some people have really long hashtags so it’s up to you.

My hashtag is about 25 letters long .... i don’t think that’s a problem at all.

We portmanteaued our names into our wedding hashtag. Partly because our names lent themselves to being smushed together, and partly because I kept my name.

Have you tried smashing them together to create a new word?

Does yours say anything in particular or people can see that you combined your name’s?
