What do you all think about sunday weddings??!

Personal preference is that I hate Sunday weddings, but I get doing it for the savings.

Our wedding is on a Sunday, for the date more so. It falling on a Sunday was an added benefit cost wise. We have a lot of OOT so we get to spend the whole weekend with them.

I'm having a Sunday wedding and for me and my family this is what worked best for is. I love that I'm getting married on the Lord's Day and know that my day will be even more blessed.

Mine was on a Thursday becuase it was SO much cheaper, went very well!

Had our wedding on Sunday! Loved it! It was however a holiday weekend. The ceremony started at 5p. Cocktail hour from 530-630 while we took pics. and 945 we were exiting. But the guests continued the party, many were OOT, at the hotel.

I think Sunday weddings are a good idea. I am having a Friday afternoon wedding. It will cost less.

I WISH my venue was cheaper on Sundays, but it's already a steal for the area so I guess I can't complain. If you know your family isn't so religous that they would miss your wedding for church or be offended, I say go ahead. Might end early for those returning to work the next day. Have you considered a Friday wedding?

Sunday weddings are ok, but the ones i've been to ended pretty early since people had to go to work. But if you can save money then go for it

I don't see why you can't have a sunday wedding! Although you have to consider OOT guests
