What comes first? Wedding invitation or Bridal shower invitation?

My wedding invitations went out first, and my sisters just sent out my bridal shower invites...I've been in weddings where it's done both ways

As long as you ensure that everyone invited to the shower is also invited to the wedding, I don't think it really matters which order they are in.

Yes I did remember to invite everyone to both events, well all women at least.

I did my bridal first, but my bridal went to close friends who already knew about the wedding...

The bridal shower invites are going out first for me. The shower is I think in march or April, and my wedding invites are going out at the beginning of March. It seems logical to me that the first event's invites go out first.

My shower invites are going out first as my shower is March 8th and invites aren't going out until the end of March. I don't think it matters.

I know one shower is before I'm sending out wedding invites, but I don't know about the other two.

My wedding invite went out first... but that's because my shower was only 40 days before my wedding.

My wedding is August 31st but my shower is July 20th . not sure what the best way to go bout sending my invites out I wanna send the wedding ones first and I wanted to send those outt soon like end middle of May and bridal shower invites middle of june ? Is thaf sound right
