What aspects of vendor websites peak your interest during the wedding planning process?

Organization and information available on the website is helpful.

Meeting vendors in person or speaking on the phone or via email is what cemented it for me, I like to actually see how they interact. Reviews from others also helps

Some kind of pricing or package (what it included) information available online. I didnt want to have to contact vendors to get an idea of what they cost in order to do research. I felt that it wasted their time and mine and I would have to dig through emails to double check information or wait for a response, many of which never came. I found myself emailing a vendor I had already contacted because i couldn’t keep straight who i already asked and who I didn’t.
It got to the point if i couldn’t find information easily I just moved on to the next vendor.
