Aside from marrying your spouse (obviously), is there anything else in particular you are/were looking forward to?

1. I am soooo excited to see our son dressed all up (he will be 3). He will be carrying a sign down the aisle and I am just sooo excited for that (hopefully he cooperates lol)

2. My fiance and his groomsmen haven't ALL been together since high school so I am happy that they all get to be together for the weekend. It's been a longggg time for them.

3. I'm just happy to celebrate and party with everyone, mostly the partying lol

    That sounds great! I was most excited about exchanging vows (we wrote our own) and cutting our cake. We got red velvet because that's my husband favorite and he bought a sword to cut it with lol

    I remember most looking forward to having a wedding that I really wanted this time (low key as opposed to a bigger event the first time) and marrying the person I truly am supposed to be with.....finally!!!

    I was so excited about our swordfight. I think we spent more time on that "surprise" than on anything else.

    So by the time we get married, we will have been together for 7 years, with a 2 year engagement. We are ready to party! I'm really looking forward to getting ready with my girls and the first look between my FH and I. I'm also super excited to see how everything comes together and also lots of sangria (our signature drink!).

    I cant wait to see how I will look in my wedding dress. My mom is making my dress and I am excited about that.

    I got married a week ago so I was looking forward to walk down the aisle and seeing my sweetheart see me wearing a dress and having makeup (I don’t wear makeup or dresses) and being in the spotlight. Was waiting to get married for a long time.


    And yes he had a big smile when he saw me and kept looking at me basically shocked on how I looked. And I actually was nervous, but I got through it ☺️
