Definitely crazy excited to see everyone dressed up. I’ve only ever seen hubby in a suit once for a funeral and my sons omggg I get excited imagining them in a suit.

I was the most excited for my husband and his daughter to do a first look before he and I did ours....and for the vows I wrote to my step daughter that neither of them knew about beforehand

Maybe you could do a mother/son first look with your little one after you get dressed?

Yes definitely! When I tried my dress on a few weeks ago he said "mommy you look like a princess" I almost cried lol he's such a sweetheart

I’m excited for some of our dedication songs to be played. We decided to do one for each of our grandparents that have passed away in memory of them so we can feel their presence there. I’m a huge sentimental person (my family hates it because I love making them cry) so I’m excited to see their reactions.
Also I’m just so excited to have everyone together and celebrate. And I’m excited for cake and champagne. And the mimosa bar my best friend is setting up for us before the wedding while we are getting ready. There’s too much I’m excited for lol.

I am so excited to see my FH's face when I walk down the isle.

I'm pretty much excited for everything haha. Our families coming together, everyone seeing me in my dress, the food, dessert. My FH will be wearing a kilt so I'm excited to see everyone's reaction to that too!!

View Quoted Comment I know what you mean. I always have a purse full of snacks, even now because there’s no predicting when our youngest will get hangry! Grandma will have to carry the snacks on wedding day lol!
I haven’t been to a wedding with kids in several years. It seems like everyone we know has politely requested no kids (which I totally understand!) and skipped the ring bearer/flower girl, but kids antics are some of my favorite parts of weddings. Our kids will either be totally shy and rush to grandma or completely soak it all up and steal the show- there’s no telling 🤷‍♀️. I’m sure he’ll be adorable no matter what!

Hubby & I were both super excited to see our vision come to life & our DIY decor! Neither of us got teary during first look but we totally did visiting our reception venue just before our ceremony. 😂 We were all “wow, we created this.”

I'm most looking forward to just living together! We didn't and won't be moving in with each other until we're married so it's definitely a big change for us that we can't wait for because we've been looking forward to it the whole time we've been together!
