What are some cute memories you guys are putting in your wedding?

When we first went from being friends to actually dating she sent me the funniest video of rubber ducks. We joked about finding random ducks at moments in our life so we found wedding rubber ducks to put throughout the reception venue. We also celebrated our engagement while on a pre-planned vacation that included Universal Studios, the highlight being Harry Potter. When guests return from the ceremony for the reception a sign will "magically" appear that says Mischief Managed. Really we have a lot of inside jokes or sentimental touches through out the whole day planned.

The first date that my fh and I had I was driving my old jalopy of a car. On the way home the muffler fell off. He saw it and said I think you just lost your muffler and I said I think so too I saw it in the rear view. My fh insists he will start his vows with my love I’ll never leave you like your muffler did.

This is a total shot in the dark, but was the rubber duck video the one where the guy keeps putting more and more ducks around his apartment and having the text convo with his angry roommate? If so, I LOVE that video

That's the one! Ever since then we find new ducks to put around for the "rubber duck invasion". We went nuts in a Duck Donuts and have fairy duck, viking duck, Super Duck, and soccer duck. Send help!

Thank you. It was one of the first things we settled on when we started planning.

We've decided for our tables, instead of numbering them, they are going to be named after things that relates to our relationship. So one table is going to be named after our favorite date night spot, one is going to be named after our fur babies, etc. We still have lots of planning, so we'll probably incorporate more throughout the wedding.

Our first date was at a bbq place, so we are having a pig roast. He met my sons at a bonfire, so we are having a post reception bonfire. I’m wearing blue earrings, his favorite color.

I think our whole wedding is a walk down memory lane. We got married at the church we met. Our reception was at the restaurant we had our third date at.

We also had pizza on our first date, though we chose to cater pizza because it was cheap and easy lol.

We had photos of us from birth to now on each table with a couples photo in the middle. We also played a short slideshow which ended with the proposal video

Centerpieces

My husband sang “I’m a little teapot” at his bachelor party at a dueling piano bar... so I got a teapot with our last name on it
Also, he is super into Star Wars so I gave him a ton of Star Wars classy items

We had little paper cranes scattered about because he asked me to be his girlfriend in the Japan part of Epcot.
We also had little pictures of us throughout our relationship set up.

My FH and I pinkie swear absolutely everything. So we are going to join pinkies to exchange vows, and I found a sweet little pinkie swear statue type thing for our sweetheart table. Since we're both board game nerds, our centerpieces are going to be Scrabble boards spelling out our names.

We bought shakers (different than pom poms) that match our wedding colors for people to shake while we exit the ceremony. We're huge Alabama football fans, and fans always use these at all the sporting events so we have a lot of memories with shakers! We also, have several Alabama things incorporated into our wedding due to our love for The University of Alabama and attending games together!
