Where are you located? The East Coast has tons of hiking options like the Poconos, Finger Lakes, and places down into VA, SC, GA, etc. Tons of different places! If you're within a days drive, you can probably do a few days to a week not too expensive!

We are doing a beach honeymoon right here in the US! We are driving down to Destin, Florida. We found our condo on VRBO for $100 a night! It has a private beach and is right near everything the town has to offer
