Thought it'd be fun to see all your music choices! What are the songs you and your FS chose for your wedding day and why did you pick it?
Processional (everyone else): Maybe 19 You and Me by Dan + Shay, if I don't choose to have us all walk down the same song together.
Processional (bride): If You Ask Me To - Mackenzie Porter. I love the pace of the song, music is beautiful, and I love the lyrics when it says: "tie me a circle from a piece of string, and I will wear it as your ring. No there ain't nothing I wouldn't give to you, if you asked me to."
Recessional: Forevers Gotta Start Somewhere - Chad Brownlee. We're going to start the music when we have our first kiss exactly when the lyrics say "This could be the first night of the rest of our lives" and it's just a fun and upbeat song to walk back down and celebrate!
Grand entrance/first dance: FH is picking this one and surprising me with his choice. We're going to walk in to the intro of the song and begin our first dance right away.
Father Daughter Dance: Dance With My Daughter - Jason Blaine. I think it says it all in the title of the song, heh
Mother Son Dance: FH is still deciding, but he's thinking about Boys II Men - A Song for Mama.
Cake Cutting: Haven't even started to think about this one!
Reverse Anniversary Dance (we're doing this in place of the tosses): Might need 2 songs so I was thinking of starting with his grandparents' first dance song from when they got married to honor their marriage as the longest marriage in attendance that night. If they don't remember their song, then probably Don't Blink - Kenny Chesney. And if that song ends before all the married couples get added to the dance floor, then we're going to play Love Like Crazy - Lee Brice.
Last dance: Just started brainstorming this one! Not sure if we want to end on a slow or fast song.
