Weird Registry Requests?

I put a hair straightner in mine....didn't get just thought I would give it a shot...lol

Clothes valet :-) Otherwise guess where the best H leaves his.

I put a hair dryer and hair straightener on mine but I doubt I'll get them. We also put a vacuum on there (ours is broken!) but it's an expensive Dyson so I'm not sure we'll get it.

A big screen tv...now I don't expect to get it, but thought if I put it on there people may give gift cards to that store to put toward it...

Yea. Im definitly thinking like 2 or three movies. Maybe one's we saw on dates or something. Because if I dont start adding weird stuff on there, we're not going to have much on the list at all.

Which is bizarre because when you register at Amazon and BB+B there should be MORE than enough stuff!

I just wish we needed more! (ln a backwards, not really, at all kinda way)

Beer pong table... seriously! We're big football fans and tailgate a lot, so when I found that Kohls had one without team logo on it I couldn't resist... it was labeled as "tailgating table" which I thought meant I could maybe get away with it

Ours was pretty small and basic:

*One very simple white china set for everyday and occasions.

*Basic/not pricey but good quality glass/tableware.

*Really amazingly good stainless steel cookware and knives.

*Luggage. People snapped those up, too! We were surprised. They were $$.

*A breadmaker.

All H cared about was the breadmaker. Honestly, my mom helped me pick out the cookware and my dad helped me pick out the tableware, if you can believe it.

We almost set up an REI registry for camping gear, but then we realized the only things we really needed were really expensive, we have so much car camping stuff already!! The two of us plus our gear can fill up a small SUV for a long weekend car camp. It's pretty ridiculous.

We're not getting married for awhile, but I started messing one weekend with the registries, and on amazon I put a wedding scrapbook and some scrapbooking supplies to eventually make a scrapbook of our wedding.

And on MyRegistry.com, I added gift cards to our favorite restaurant and movie theater with notes that they're for date night.

I was rambling and forgot to say - don't stress about having a small registry or feel like you have to add random crap just because! Our registry was way too small according to all the guidelines stores give you, and it was totally fine.

You could always add tools, patio furniture, grilling stuff, sports equipment or games you'll use together, furniture/rugs (hey you never know).

We added windows for our house....I know not that weird but I think it's a funny thing ask for...please buy us some new windows! :-P

We both put a couple fun things on ours.

He really wanted a wine rack, so he put that.

I put a doughnut pan on it, and I added a lot of Disney kitchen items through MyRegistry.com because I HAVE to have a Disney kitchen
