You eat 5 "fuelings" a day which are snacks and one meal which includes a protein and 3 vegetables. It's really easy!

Intermittent fasting has worked wonders for me paired with running. Since winter has hit I have gained a little back because I'm not running as much so I'm trying to fit in a new workout regimen, but I definitely recommend trying the short-term fasting method. I try to stop eating as early as possible, around 8 or 9, and in the morning I wait to eat until noon or so.

I used to just run and lost nothing. Once I added fasting, I lost close to 15 pounds.

I started Weight Watchers last week and I've already lost 8 pounds! I have a bad sweet tooth and love pizza/carbs, it's nice because I can still treat myself to it on the weekend.

Yea and I’ve noticed my body getting used to it too like I don’t feel super hungry when I’m waiting to eat until 12 or 1pm. I used to always wake up so hungry, no matter what time I was up. I like it because I don’t really restrict my diet so much. I cook for myself and my fiancé, so its pretty healthy anyway, but its definitely not salads either. I don’t have to worry as much about cutting carbs or eating so much less. The fasting paired with a good workout is enough. But of course, everyone’s body is different! You could definitely add in more portion control or do less carbs to see more results too. You can make it your own, it’s really whatever works for you! Smiley smile

I did low carb to fit into my dress. I personally had awesome results when I previously did low carb. I bought my dress a year and half before my wedding because I bought my dress a size smaller. I started slow so that I could maintain my weight so I would gain it back.
If low carb/keto isnt right for you then use a calorie tracker. Making better decisions about you eat also helps.

I lose motivation quickly and I also have a sweet tooth, so it's a big problem for me Smiley laugh Counting calories helps a lot, I use Fatsecret for that, they have a huge range of products. I also keep two edited pictures of me sticked to the fridge and to the mirror, so that I'd see the future self and went on with my diet and gym sessions. I used Photodiva for making myself thinner, but I think any other program like Photoshop or Photoworks will do, too. Drinking a lot of water helps a lot, but it works more for the skin than for the weight. It just doesn't let you overeat.

I personally didn't like it because it made my stomach hurt BAD but my sister loves it and drinks it to help her cleanse her system and lose weight.

It’s a detox tea.... it says would work within 12 hours but it started about five for me!!! Don’t drink if you have plans to be away from the toilet lol!! I can definitely see the difference though, less bloat and more energy so far.. it’s a 14 day detox so far I’m on day 6! I like it
